Your Local Suspension Experts
To get the best performance and longevity out of your mountain bike, it is important to service your suspension at regular intervals. Manufacturers recommend basic service ranging from 50-100 hours, and complete overhauls are recommended at 200+ hours.
Here at Straight Line, we do it all in house. With plenty of service kits, shims, dampers, air springs and nitrogen in stock for Fox, Rockshox and DVO, you don’t have to worry about sending your fork or shock away to a remote service center for an unknown period of time.
Have questions, concerns, or just want to talk bikes? Reach out! We’d love to hear from you.

February 7, 2023On vacation and they got two of our family bikes rolling in less than four hours. Big thanks to the gang in service. Visit them for the first time because of this review. Return because their service warrants it.

August 16, 2022Came to town to check out the local trails and subsequently had to take my husband’s bike in to have his brakes fixed. Was chatting with the staff about my new bike and how hard it was to adjust to the new saddle and was then told about their Saddle Demo Program. They measured me and put a new demo saddle on for me to take for a ride and try. After the ride I experienced absolutely no soreness unlike the severe soreness I had prior! The staff was incredibly kind and very happy to adjust the saddle when I needed or answer any questions I had. From fixing my husband’s breaks to fitting my new saddle the experience was phenomenal! Would highly recommend this bike shop and the saddle demo program to everyone!

Knowledgeable staff, the best mechanics, and an owner who takes pride in his products and services, Straight Line is simply the best. My bikes are always running great because of this team, and they always go the extra mile to ensure I have what I need... even if I'm a bit last minute! Thanks, Ian and team!

August 17, 2021Just purchased a bike from them. With all the current shortages here in Toronto, they had the one I was looking for. Spoke with Nakoda and Ian ( If I recall correctly) both were amazing to deal with and most certainly very helpful. Bike is being shipped out and can’t wait. Thank you both for a very easy and trustworthy purchase.

August 7, 2025I have been bringing my bikes to these guys for the last couple years, and my bikes will not go anywhere else. The sales team is great, and their techs are the best in the business. Quite often I show up unannounced needing something fixed ASAP and they are always super accommodating. Best shop in the area in my opinion!
